Our chefs have now adapted this classic into a surprisingly delicious vego version (with just a hint of chilli) so that it can also be enjoyed by those eating a plant-based diet.

A meal in itself on it’s own - or simply add a side of fresh green peas. To get a crispy brown topping, just brush with butter and place under the grill for a few minutes.

Slow-Cooked Beef Cheeks - Unbelievable Depth of Flavour

This amazing dish is truly worthy of a place on the menu of any fine dining restaurant. It's really not often you're able to find a dish with this amount of depth of flavour. It has the beefiest of beefy flavour.

Our chef has slowly-cooked these beef cheeks for 4 hours until they are, literally, fall-apart soft and tender (which you can see in the photo).

The cheeks are served in a rich, deep red wine and mushroom sauce, which includes speck, a little carrot and garlic. The sauce has been made with our own beef stock, and we're able to get such great flavour because this has again been slowly developed for hours.

If you love beef cheeks, you'll feel very spoiled. It's very difficult to find them in restaurants, and nigh on impossible to find a way of eating them whenever you want at home - without having to cook them yourself. And how many of us have that amount of time spare? 

They are a meal-to-share size, a generous serve for 2 people - all you have to do is add your own sides. They're a great dinner party favourite for when you're having friends around, but don't want to spend the whole day in the kitchen. And a great way to reward yourself for a job well done - or simply for having survived the day! ​

Chicken Satay. One of our most popular dishes. A super-tasty but mild dish for those who love the flavour of satay ​.

A very quick and easy meal for those busy times when you don’t have time to cook, yet want something tasty and really nourishing. The leanest chicken is gently cooked in the peanut sauce until it is fall-apart tender, but still succulent. (You can see that in this photo). This is our go-to meal at the end of a long, hard day - when we feel like a little comfort and being nurtured!

Lean, free-range Australian chicken breast fillets are simmered till tender in satay sauce. In a single-serve size, with jasmine rice and green beans. Plus a meal-to-share size: ready for you to serve with jasmine rice, or your choice of vegetables.

Malaysian Caramelised Pork! So good people are buying 3 or 4 at a time...

Aussie pork belly is cooked twice so that the fat is rendered right down. (First it is braised in our own master stock. Then it is deep fried.) Finally it's finished off with our authentic caramel sauce. It's served with jasmine rice and Asian pickles. (Traditionally served with meats to help digestion.) The very best bits of rice are those at the bottom of the pack where they have absorbed the sauce and gone beautifully caramelly and sticky!

While there is chilli in the recipe, it's not at all overpowering. It just adds to the flavour and gives a background warmth. Lots of our customers who are a little chilli-shy have told us that they really enjoy it. (Which might be why they're ordering them 3 or 4 at a time........)

Heat this to your own taste. Some like the pork to be very tender and soft and juicy - and so it's advised to slowly heat up till you find your sweet spot. If you like tender we'd recommend heating in the microwave for about 3 1/2 minutes, and then tasting to see how you find it. Others like to cook it more, when it tends to go much chewier and drier, and even more caramelly. Malaysian Caramelised Pork! So good people are buying 3 or 4 at a time...

Our Mac n Cheese - a deluxe, velvety, super-cheesy version of this comfort classic. (One of our customers calls this "Max n Cheese!")

It is packed full of cheese - 17% - a mixture of Tasty Cheese (Cheddar that's been aged longer than usual) and Parmesan.

Macaroni is simmered in pure, whole dairy milk. While that's happening our beautiful béchamel sauce is prepared with butter, white wine, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, nutmeg and a touch of dijon mustard. To that is added really generous helpings of tasty cheese and parmesan, making it super-unctuous and comforting. Perfect for these oh-so-cold nights.

Serve it to your taste - simply as it comes, or grilled.......

Our new Roasted Pumpkin Soup - just in time for winter......

What's more comforting than a traditional pumpkin soup?

We start with roasting the pumpkin to really enhance its full flavour. Then we combine it with potato, onion and a little garlic. The basis of our soup is our own hand-made chicken stock - guaranteeing not only depth of flavour, but also all the nutrition of real bone broth. We finish it off with a light touch of cumin and fresh cream.

Serves 2 as an entree, or one hungry person on its own.

Serving Suggestions: Perfect to be served with a slice or two of toasted sourdough. Add some sage leaves fried in brown butter; some apple batons tossed in lemon juice; some sourdough croutons;, a little sour cream, or coconut yoghurt; or chopped, toasted hazelnuts. A winter hug in a bowl.

Now you can have breakfast whenever you want - without any fuss, or washing up.

Our All Day Big Breakfast is real food, made with premium ingredients: Our scrambled eggs are exactly that - pure eggs with a little cream and salt - just like you would cook at home. (No powders, substitutes preservatives or any other shortcuts or additives.)

We spent a lot of time looking for the best sausages. Our chicken & thyme chipolatas are gourmet sausages made by the Black Forest Smokehouse in Sydney. They contain 88% pure white chicken meat (no offal or other scraps. They also contain no nitrites)

Our Sautéed potatoes are just that - real potatoes tossed in a pan with a little onion - (Not hash browns made with instant potato mix)

We've added baked beans and couple of slices of crispy bacon to make the perfect start to your day.
